Second Floor
Sleeps 8 guests.
Two bedrooms with queen beds.

First Floor
Sleeps 10 guests.
Master Suite with king bed, plus ensuite. Four bedrooms with queen beds. Three full baths.
MAIN CABIN
The charming Main Cabin invites guests into alluring views of nature in the main gathering area with expansive windows, a private back deck off the room, and a 75" Smart TV with 300 watt sound bar system. Additionally, the cabin offers a covered spacious deck with a large dining area and patio furniture overlooking the property pond. The cabin consists of 8 bedrooms including a master king suite, 6 queen rooms, a loft and 3 baths. It sleeps up to 18 guests. It has all the conveniences of home including a modern kitchen, and washer and dryer. The cabin can be rented solely based on availability, season or included in the packages. CABOOSE
A real working train car back in the day, the Red Caboose. This unique caboose was renovated in 2020 and converted into a private VIP/Honeymoon Suite! Designed with luxurious décor including an ensuite, mini kitchen with microwave, coffee bar, refrigerator, and a deck off the back overlooking the serene landscape. The Caboose is an add on to packages for an additional fee. See package page for details.

2 lofts: total of 6 full-sized beds with curtains separating them.
2 full baths: one is handicap accessible.
Bunks
14 bunk rooms: 8 queen beds, 6 rooms with full-sized beds.
Bunk rooms are not handicap accessible.
BUNK HOUSE
Bunk up with family and friends! The Bunk House has a barn-like design with a country feel and a back deck with peaceful views. This unique sleeping quarters can sleep up to 40 guests.
The wagons are an add on to any package for an additional fee.
Each wagon sleeps 8 guests for a total of 32 sleeping spots.
COVERED WAGONS
For the guests who enjoy the experience of primitive camping style lodging, our four Covered Wagons are for you. The wagons are in a quiet, wooded spot with a picnic area located in the center of the wagons. Perfect for boy scouts or girl scouts weekend outings. Guests must bring their own sleeping bags, blankets and pillows. They are not equipped with heat or air, so weather sensitive. See package page for details.
