Pine Paradise Pond
Swim, fish, canoe, paddle boat or take in the peaceful view on the resorts’ one and a half-acre pond with a lighted water fountain. The pond is up to 12-feet deep in some areas. Guests can swim at their own risk, please note there is NO lifeguard on duty! Fishing is allowed, please note this is a catch and release pond. No fishing license is required. There are no personal boats allowed on the pond.
Shower Shack
This Shack sports a shower and clawfoot tub. It is an ideal place to clean up after a day on the lake. Children and adults love it! The back of the Shower Shack is open to expansive views of nature! This is a seasonal amenity.
Outdoor Hot tub
The Hot Tub can fit up to 20 guests and the deck has seating for ten extra guests. It is lighted for night time use. Bring your beach towels to dry off!
Game on! Pickle Ball, Basketball, Putting Green, Nine-hole Frisbee Golf course, Bocce Ball, Cornhole, Horseshoe Pit, Giant Chess/ Checkers Set and more activities around the resort. Please note: No game equipment is supplied.
Outdoor Game Area
Crow's Nest
Chill out at the Crow’s Nest, a covered deck featuring four swinging chairs, table, ceiling fans to cool you off and soft lighting for night time use. It is a perfect spot for spontaneous conversations. Located next to the Party Barn.
Outdoor Fire Pit
There is nothing like smell of burning firewood and ambiance of a crackling campfire. The outdoor fire pit is ideal for your highly anticipated campfire. There is plenty of seating around the fire pit for sharing stories, creating memories and of course making s'mores!
Parking
There is a large parking area that holds approximately 80 vehicles and has room for a trailer turnaround. There is an RV parking with room for two RV with electric and water hook up that can be accessed with a 75-100ft hose that can be utilized for an additional fee. There is no sewer hook-up.
Children’s Playground Area
Let them climb, run, jump, and wear themselves out on the playground. Children will be occupied for hours in the thrilling, fun-filled playground area! They will have a blast playing on Noah’s Ark, a playhouse, a stationary plane, wave runner and old fire truck to seesaws and merry-go-rounds. Children can climb a rock wall, slide down slides and dig in a sandbox. This area does have a flood light for night time play.
Pontoon Boat
The resort offers you and your guests an opportunity to take a boat ride on Nolin Lake. The 25' boat holds up to 17 people and is equipped with a bluetooth stereo and subwoofer. The 150 horsepower Yamaha engine will get you where you want to go! Rental for the boat is an addition cost per day and must be returned each evening.
Nolin Lake
Go Jump in the Lake! Pine Paradise is lakefront resort on Nolin Lake that is a 5,795-acre body of water. This is a recreational lake for fishing, boating, swimming, skiing and enjoying sunrises or sunsets.
Cabana Bar & Fire Pit
The covered bar and firepit that is connected to the cafe overlooks the pond, game area, and always ends up the place where everyone hangs out. There is an outdoor sound system with Bluetooth and mood lighting to enhance the atmosphere. Don't forget stuff to make smores!
